    • This outdoor experience that captures the essence of summer camping, with a refreshing wellness twist.

    • Self-guided access to:

      • 10 person wood fire sauna

      • Social environment

      • Natural cold plunge in Englishman River

      • Real wood fire pits

      • Hot tea

    • Includes one small towel for the sauna and flipflops for comfort while walking around outside.

  • Here is what we recommend for a great session 

    • We encourage all guests to bring a towel which is used for drying. feelgood provide a small towel for you to use in the sauna and flip flops for walking around the grounds.

    • Non-glass water bottle, we do have small cups for tea but you are encouraged to sweat a lot which means you should keep yourself hydrated.

    • We recommend water shoes for make the river cold plunge experience more enjoyable, these can be rented from feelgood..

    • We recommend a sauna hat that protects your hair and extends your ability to stay in the sauna., these can be rented from feelgood.

  • Silent sessions are shorter 60 minute community sessions designed to rejuvenate and provide time for self-reflection.
    You’ll have access to:

    • Silent Sauna

    • Natural cold plunge river

    • Real fire pits

    • Relaxing Music 

    • Hot tea

    All sessions include one small towel for the sauna and slides for comfort.

  • Due to staffing, sauna and wood resourcing allocation of capacity need to be know ahead of time

    • To cancel a session and receive a full refund, cancel your session online 24 hours in advance otherwise your reservation is subject to full payment.

    • feelgood collective reserves the rights to cancel an event at any time. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

    • If we have the ability to work something out we will always  try to accommodate as much as we can, if you email us, we can try and work something out for you. we cool like that.

    • Yes, a host will be onsite for every session. They will be able to assist you during the session however this is a self guided experience, we encourage you to listen to your body and lean into what feels good.

  • We offer free parking inside of Pathfinder. following the signage for feelgood once you have enters Pathfinder Parksville.

    • We are a strictly no drug and alcohol premise to ensure the safety of you and everyone in attendance during your session.

    • Food can be consumed outside of the sauna.

    • Our community sessions are intended for adults over the age of 19 years old.

    • Upon entry, we may check Identification .

    • Age 6-19 years old are welcome to private sessions and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

    • heated bathrooms and changing rooms are available 30m across from feelgood.

    • We will provide waterproof bins for your personal belongings & a changing tent.

    • Our sauna and plunge area are set in a natural outdoor environment with uneven ground and steps. At this time, the facilities are not wheelchair accessible, and we recommend that guests be comfortable navigating outdoor terrain.

    • If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out — we’re happy to discuss possible ways to support your visit.
