  • To enter Pathfinder Resort Parksville, you will receive an entry code for the gate via email, the day before your session. After the gate, turn left into the resort and follow the signs to feelgood.

  • This outdoor experience captures the essence of summer camping, with a refreshing wellness twist.

     

    Self-guided access to:

    • 10-person wood fire sauna

    • Social environment

    • Natural cold plunge in Englishman River

    • Real wood fire pits

    • Music

    • Hot tea

    Includes one small towel for the sauna and sliders for comfort while walking around outside.

  • Here is what we recommend for a great session: 

    • We encourage all guests to bring a towel for drying off; we provide a small towel for you to use in the sauna and sliders for walking around the grounds.

    • Non-glass water bottle. We do have small cups for tea, but lots of water is key to staying hydrated.

    • Water shoes will make the river cold plunge experience more enjoyable. You can bring your own or rent them from us.

    • Sauna hats protect your hair and extend your ability to stay in the sauna - also available for rent.

  • Silent sessions are shorter 60-minute community sessions designed to rejuvenate and provide time for self-reflection.

    • Natural cold plunge river

    • Real fire pit

    • Relaxing Music 

    • Hot tea

     

    All sessions include one small towel for the sauna and slides for comfort.

  • Due to staffing requirements and wood preparation, we require confirmed attendance in advance. Cancellations made online at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to full payment. If something unexpected comes up, feel free to email us. We’re happy to see what we can work out for you.

    feelgood reserves the right to cancel a session at any time. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued.

  • A host will be on-site every session. They will be able to assist you; however, as this is a self-guided experience we encourage you to listen to your body and lean into what feels good.

  • There is free parking on site - after entering Pathfinder follow the signage for feelgood 

  • We are a strictly no drug and alcohol premise to ensure the safety of you and everyone in attendance during your session.

    Food can be consumed outside of the sauna.

  • Our community sessions are for adults aged 19 or over. Upon entry, we may check identification. Age 6-19 years old are welcome to private sessions and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • We have three changing rooms plus individual lockers. Bathrooms and changing rooms are available 30m across from feelgood.

  • Yes, we are located at Pathfinder Resort which is open all year round. Book at www.pathfindercampresorts.com

  • Our sauna and plunge area are set in a natural outdoor environment with uneven ground and steps. At this time, the facilities are not wheelchair accessible, and we recommend that guests be comfortable navigating outdoor terrain. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out, we’re happy to discuss possible ways to support your visit.
