Cancellations & Refunds:

We offer refunds when notice is given 24 hours in advance. Events will not be canceled due to bad weather unless there is a risk to health or safety, such as extreme conditions.

If you cancel within the cancellation period (24 hours in advance), we can reschedule your booking at no charge. For all bookings, private or community, modifications or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, your reservation is subject to full payment.

 

Feelgood Collective reserves the right to cancel an event at any time. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
