Terms & Conditions — Feelgood Sauna Ltd.
1. Overview
Welcome to Feelgood Sauna Ltd. (“Feelgood”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules for using our website, booking platform, and attending any sauna, cold plunge, or wellness experiences we offer (the “Services”).
By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 19 years of age or older to attend all public sessions.
Minors are welcome during private sessions only and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and able to safely enjoy sauna and cold-plunge use.
3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are made through our official website or an approved partner.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include taxes where applicable.

• We reserve the right to update prices, offerings, or session times as needed.

4. Cancellations & Reschedules

• You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking.

• No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

• If we need to cancel due to weather, maintenance, or safety reasons, you’ll receive a credit or refund.

5. Health, Safety & River Access
We love a good sweat, but safety comes first. Please follow all posted guidelines and directions from staff.
Sauna and cold-plunge use involves heat, cold, and physical stress that may not be suitable for everyone.
If you have heart disease, circulation or respiratory issues, are pregnant, or have other medical concerns, please consult your doctor before attending.
For safety reasons, the river is not accessible during evening or late sessions when visibility is low or after dark. Please respect signage and staff instructions.
Feelgood Sauna Ltd. is not liable for injury, illness, or loss resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
6. Waiver of Liability
By attending a Feelgood session, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with sauna and cold-plunge use and release Feelgood Sauna Ltd., its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Respect for Space & Community
Our space is built on care and connection — please treat it and others kindly.
Damage caused by negligence may result in repair costs.
Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour can result in removal without refund.
8. Gift Cards, Packages & Memberships
Gift cards, multi-packs, and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
Expiry dates and package terms are clearly stated at purchase. Feelgood Sauna Ltd. reserves the right to update offerings as needed.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected and used only to operate and improve our services.
