This is a fully sober, fully present event designed to bring you back into your body. This isn’t just a Fred Again… night. During your rest phase, slip on your silent-disco headphones and let the music carry you — whether that means swaying gently, grounding into your breath, or having a quiet dance under the lights. There are real benefits to moving between hot–cold–rest with rhythm: movement increases circulation, boosts mood, supports recovery, and helps regulate your nervous system after the cold plunge.
